- Setup fee waived ($1,997 on Growth, $2,997 on Pro). You earn the waiver over 6 months. If you cancel before month 6, the unearned part is due.
- Your monthly rate is locked as long as your account stays active. Allowances and overage rates follow current terms.
- Month-to-month and the 30-day guarantee still apply.
- In return: a written and video testimonial within 60 days, a case study with your real numbers, use of your logo, and two reference calls a year.

Pricing questions
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days’ notice. The setup fee is a one-time charge for building your system.
What if it doesn’t work for my shop?
30-day guarantee: if it isn’t answering your calls and booking jobs in the first month, you get that month’s fee back and walk away.
What happens if I go over my AI minutes or texts?
Nothing stops working. Extra AI minutes are $0.20 each and extra texts $0.03, billed the next month. If you’re consistently over, we’ll tell you whether the next plan up is cheaper.
What counts as a change request?
One page-level edit: text, a photo, hours, a price, a promo banner, a staff bio. Text or email it and it’s done. A brand-new page uses your page allowance or costs $149. Anything touching prices, legal wording or rebates gets a human review first.
Do I need Housecall Pro?
Only for Growth and Pro, which book straight into your Housecall Pro schedule. The live sync needs Housecall Pro’s MAX plan, because that’s the only plan with webhooks. Starter works with any field software, or none.
Who owns my website, domain and phone number?
You own your domain, your business phone number and your customer data. If you leave, we help you take them with you.
How is this different from an AI answering service?
An answering service answers the phone. A plan also gives you the website, CRM and inbox, review requests, estimate follow-up and reporting, connected to your field software so the booking lands on the real schedule.
How do I pay?
Monthly by bank transfer (ACH) or card. Bank transfer is preferred.
I already have a website and CRM. Do I have to start over?
No. Either we move you onto a plan, or we connect what you already have as a standalone fixed-price build. The free audit tells you which costs less.
