What we collect
When you submit a form, we receive what you type: name, company, email, phone, message, and on the calculator page, the numbers you entered and the results. We also receive the page you submitted from. Our analytics (Google Analytics 4) records anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location.
How we use it
To reply to you, to prepare an audit or proposal you asked for, and to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent to our customer management system and emailed to us. These providers process the data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. Analytics data is processed by Google.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted by text, we may text you about your request. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and storage
Analytics uses cookies. The site stores your light/dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS with security headers and spam protection. Form endpoints accept only secured requests from this site. No system is perfect, and we will notify you if a breach affects your information as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
Client data
When we build systems for clients, we access client software with the minimum permissions needed, do not keep copies of client customer data on our own systems, and remove access on request. Specific terms are in each client agreement.
