The follow-up happens whether anyone remembers or not
Automation is your best employee: shows up every day, never forgets, never has a bad Monday.
The problem
Your business already has workflows. They just live in people’s heads. The new lead gets a callback if someone sees the notification. The invoice gets a reminder if someone checks the aging report. The happy customer gets asked for a review if the tech remembers. When the busy season hits, all three stop happening, which is exactly when they matter most.
What we do
Speed-to-lead
A new web form, missed call or chat gets a text and an email within 60 seconds and lands in front of whoever books jobs. The first business to respond usually wins the job.
Booking and reminders
Confirmation when the job is booked, a reminder the day before, an on-my-way text from the tech. Fewer no-shows, fewer “when are you coming?” calls.
Invoice and payment follow-up
Polite reminders on a schedule until the invoice is paid, then it stops instantly because the payment status is synced, not guessed.
Review requests
Triggered by a completed job in your field software, sent the same afternoon, with a second nudge two days later if needed.

- Message copy written in your voice, not a template’s

Audit my stackQuestions owners ask
Won’t automated texts annoy my customers?
Not when they’re useful and they stop at the right time. Confirmations and reminders get thanked. What annoys people is a reminder after they’ve already paid — which is why we sync payment status before automating collections.
Do my messages still sound like me?
Yes. We write every message with you, using your name and your tone. Customers should not be able to tell a template from you.
Is this legal for text messages?
Yes, when it’s set up correctly. We register your texting number for carrier compliance, include opt-out language, and only text people who contacted you or are your customers.
What if we want to change a message later?
Small copy changes are included in the monthly retainer. You can also edit them yourself; we show you where.
Can this work without connecting my systems first?
Some of it, but it’s fragile. Automations built on disconnected data send the wrong message to the wrong person. The audit shows which ones are safe to build now.
