Operations Stack Audit

Find every leak in your stack. Free.

A free, five-day look at every tool you pay for, every place someone retypes information, and what each of those gaps costs you per year — followed by a detailed strategy for fixing them.

Audit my stack

The problem

You know the office is busy. You don’t know why. Nobody has ever written down how a phone call becomes a paid invoice in your business, so nobody can see the six places it gets retyped, the calls that go to voicemail at 5:15, or the software you pay for twice. You can’t fix what isn’t mapped.

Free — audit + strategy

  • 5 business days from kickoff to report
  • Read-only access, nothing changed
  • Detailed fix strategy included
  • No contract, no obligation

What you get — free

The stack map

Every tool you pay for, what it costs per month, who uses it, and every connection between them — or the lack of one — on one page.

The handoff list

Every place a person moves information between systems by hand, how often it happens, and how long it takes each time.

The dollar cost

Each handoff and each gap priced out per year: labor, missed calls, late invoices, duplicate subscriptions. Ranked by payback.

The strategy

A detailed, written plan for solving every problem we found: what to fix first, how each fix works, what it saves you, and what it costs if you want us to build it. Yours to keep either way.

The five days

  1. Day 1 — Kickoff

60-minute call. You walk us through how work comes in and gets paid. We collect read-only logins.

  2. Days 2–3 — Trace

We follow real jobs through your systems and watch your office work for part of a day. Every retype gets logged.

  3. Day 4 — Price it

We put a dollar figure on every gap using your wages, call volume, close rate and ticket size.

  4. Day 5 — Walkthrough

45 minutes. You get the map, the gap list, and a detailed strategy: what to fix, in what order, how, and a fixed price on each build.

Questions owners ask

What do I actually receive at the end?

A written report and a one-page diagram. The diagram shows every tool you pay for and how data moves between them. The report lists every manual handoff we found, how many minutes or dollars it costs per year, and what it would take to fix, ranked by payback. Then the strategy: a step-by-step plan for solving each problem — which fixes come first, how each one works, what it saves, and a fixed price if you want us to build it.

How much of my time does it take?

About two hours total: a 60-minute kickoff call, read-only logins to your tools, and a 45-minute walkthrough of the results. We shadow your office staff for part of a day, remotely or on site.

Do you need admin access to my software?

Read-only or limited-user access is enough for the audit. We never change anything during an audit. You can revoke access the day we finish.

What if the audit says I don’t need you?

Then you have a map of your business and a list of what to fix, and you can hand it to anyone. Some audits show the stack is fine and the fix is a process change. We will tell you that.

Why is the audit free?

Because the fastest way to show you what we do is to find the money your stack is leaking. You keep the report and the strategy either way. If you want us to build the fixes, each one gets a fixed price.
