Make the software you already pay for work as one system
You don’t need new software. You need the software you have to share one customer record.
The problem
Most small businesses run four to eight separate apps. Each one was bought to fix a problem, and each one keeps its own list of customers. The result is an office manager whose real job is copying information from one screen to another, and a business where no two systems agree on a phone number. Every copy is a chance for a typo, a delay, or a lost job.
What we do
Map who owns what
We decide which system is the source of truth for each piece of data — contacts, jobs, invoices, payments — and which way it flows. This step prevents the sync loops and duplicates that give integrations a bad name.
Connect with APIs and webhooks
We use each vendor’s official API or webhook where one exists, and a supported middleware only when it doesn’t. No screen-scraping, no browser bots.
Match and de-duplicate
We clean existing records and set a shared ID between systems so the same customer is never created twice.
Alert a human when it breaks
Every sync reports failures to a real person by text or email with the record that failed, so problems are fixed the same day.
What you get
- A written data map: every system, every field, every direction
- Working two-way or one-way syncs, tested against real jobs
- Cleaned, matched customer records across systems
- Failure alerts routed to you or us
- Plain-English documentation you own

Audit my stackQuestions owners ask
Do I have to switch software?
No. The point is to connect what you already use. We only recommend replacing a tool when it has no API and is costing more than a replacement would.
What happens when a vendor updates their software?
APIs change. That is what the monthly retainer covers: we monitor every connection and fix breaks, usually before your team notices.
Who owns the integration?
You do. It runs on accounts in your name. If you stop working with us, it keeps running and the documentation tells the next person how it works.
Can you connect software that isn’t on your list?
Usually. If it has an API or sends webhooks, we can work with it. The audit will tell you if something can’t be connected.
Is my customer data safe during this?
We use the minimum permissions each connection needs, never store your customer data on our servers, and remove our access on request.
Find out what your stack is costing you.
The Operations Stack Audit maps every tool you pay for, every place someone retypes data, and what each gap costs per year — then hands you a detailed strategy to fix it. Free. Five business days.
